I didn't move to Ghana to escape my life. I moved because I finally chose it.
I had already done the hardest part. I chose myself.
After more than 25 years in nursing, motherhood, divorce, healing, faith, and reinvention, I stopped asking whether I was allowed to want more. I began building a life that reflected the woman I had become.
Ghana became more than a destination. It became the physical expression of an internal decision: peace was no longer something I would visit. It would become my way of life.
Today, I help other women reconnect with themselves, rebuild self-trust, and move toward the life that has been calling them.
